Job Title: QHSE Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with process engineering and plant management teams to provide technical support and expertise on QHSE issues.
  • Lead and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, and conduct internal and external QHSE audits.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in QHSE.
  • Participate in key QHSE team meetings, Kaizen/Gemba events, and other essential meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a technical diploma in quality, health, safety, and environment.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including expertise in government compliance, occupational health and safety, risk analysis, and process-related risks.
  • Proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written).
  • Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other standard computer applications.
