QHSE Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, conducting internal and external audits as necessary.
• Collaborate with process engineering and plant management teams to provide technical support and expertise on QHSE issues.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member engagement and behavior-based safety processes.
• Manage incident reporting and investigation processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of safety incidents.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure compliance with company safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical diploma in quality, health, safety, and environment combined with an undergraduate degree or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including expertise in government compliance, occupational health and safety, risk analysis, and process-related risks.
• Proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written).
• Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other standard computer applications, with previous knowledge and experience with SAP an asset.
