- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
