We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to support our business operations. The successful candidate must have a good driving record and be able to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Oversee the entire Security Team, ensuring effective management and coordination.
  • Schedule and coordinate team activities, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Evaluate and document employees' performance, providing constructive feedback to Skanna Management.
  • Report directly to Client/Skanna Management, maintaining open communication.
  • Conduct regular Health & Safety Audits, identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are meeting their assignments.
  • Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.
Requirements:
  • Must be mobile and flexible, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with demonstrated experience in providing high-quality service.
