About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director, Business Solutions. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem and software architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, delivery, and maintenance of the university-wide enterprise digital ecosystem and software architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the university to modernize the current digital ecosystem and software architecture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce technical debt, provide automation, and support efficiencies.
  • Provide direction for implementing, managing, and maintaining an ERP system.
  • Develop integrations between systems using an integration engine to reduce the number of disparate systems in use across the university.
  • Foster collaboration with faculty and administrative staff to identify business process improvements through effective use of digital solutions.
  • Manage and maintain university websites from a development and infrastructure perspective.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of enterprise business systems.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with 5 years in a leadership role with direct responsibility for enterprise business systems.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Progressive technical knowledge of ERP platforms, development standards, data governance.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including a defined pension plan, employer paid benefit premiums, and more. Our standard work week is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm, or dependent on departmental needs. The typical salary range for this role falls between $111,289– $148,385 per annum, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity, with future opportunities for performance-based pay and career progression.
