About the Role

The Customer Service Attendant plays a vital role in delivering quality leisure programs, services, and facilities to Canadian Armed Forces members and their families. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service, manage access to facilities, and oversee services such as membership sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage access to facilities and provide customer service
  • Oversee membership sales and maintain a cash float
  • Book facilities and programs, controlling the use of sports and recreation equipment
  • Provide guidance to customers on equipment operation and perform minor maintenance when required
  • Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and facilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or High Five Sport certification
  • Experience in cash handling and office administration
  • Strong client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership skills
Language Requirements

English is essential, with bilingualism (English and French) an asset.
