Job Summary

1133100 B.C. LTD is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules, maintain records of employee hours, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player, and dependability.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities. The position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, and attention to detail.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
