Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnerships and Workplace Campaigns Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporations to support the Canadian Red Cross's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within government departments and corporations to secure corporate partnerships and workplace campaigns.
- Develop, propose, and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies for corporate donations, including identifying potential donors and crafting compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of workplace campaigns, providing guidance and support to campaign managers.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for corporate partnerships and funding.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential donors, effectively communicating the Canadian Red Cross's impact and mission.
- Track and analyze fundraising results, providing regular reports on progress and achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, or philanthropy.
- Minimum of five years of experience in corporate fundraising, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of success in securing major corporate donations.
- Strong understanding of donor relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
- Fluency in both French and English.
