About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals through prospecting and inside sales.
Our focus is on applying a consultative sales approach and understanding the prospect's unique challenges to present a tailored solution.
You will have the opportunity to work with prospects from small to large businesses across various industries, ensuring your day-to-day tasks remain engaging and diverse.
The team culture is collaborative and supportive, with each department readily available to assist. You will work closely with the Sales Director, but the general culture encourages open communication and idea-sharing across all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the success of our company's goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting and inbound leads.
- Lead discovery calls, and develop customized sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of sales tools.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
- Understanding of a consultative sales approach.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to relate to different personalities.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask.
- Comfortable selling to multiple industries.
