Position Overview

The Vice President of Information Systems at VTech IT Solution is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of our IT infrastructure. This permanent position entails a commitment of 32 hours per week, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

The role is situated within a management framework, focusing on information technology (IT) infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Objective Setting: Define organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Marketing Participation: Engage in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Financial Analysis: Review financial records to evaluate competitiveness and market value.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing, advertising, and sales strategies.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct evaluations of team performance.
  • Sales Leadership: Guide the sales team in fostering relationships with business clients and managing sales contract negotiations.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate promotional campaigns and approve human resources planning.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and oversee contracts and budgets.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
