About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, ensuring a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet business objectives.
