About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at PONDEROSA TRADING COMPANY LTD. as a Mushroom Picker. In this role, you will be responsible for grading vegetables and fruits into different grades according to their size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grade and Sort Produce: Carefully examine and grade vegetables and fruits to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Hand Harvesting: Harvest vegetables and fruits by hand, ensuring they are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Disease Detection: Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry to prevent the spread of disease.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for the market, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
