PONDEROSA TRADING COMPANY LTD. is seeking a skilled Mushroom Harvesting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our produce.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hand harvesting vegetables and operating farm machinery and equipment. You will also be responsible for detecting disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, as well as examining products for quality and readiness for the market.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean work area. If you have a passion for quality control and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour, and volume
  • Hand harvesting vegetables
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market

Requirements:

  • Experience in farm operations or a related field
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
