Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at NT & T Floor Design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various flooring types and installation techniques.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in flooring installation
Work Environment

The position involves working at various locations, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces for coverage
  • Measure, cut, and secure underlay and padding
  • Install carpeting and resilient floor coverings
  • Prepare and install hardwood flooring
  • Assess and repair any damaged flooring
  • Conduct necessary tests (moisture, pH, temperature) before installations
  • Prepare surfaces for new installations
  • Remove old floor coverings and contaminants
  • Handle transportation of construction materials
