About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Retirement Concepts. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate records of resident care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and community agencies, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program and current licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
  • Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification and CPR.
  • Previous experience in long-term care an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
