We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Retirement Concepts. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate records of resident care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and community agencies, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program and current licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification and CPR.
- Previous experience in long-term care an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
