Job Summary:
Casino Niagara is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving guests' beverages in a timely and efficient manner, while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by recognizing and anticipating guests' needs.
- Work with a beer and liquor inventory management system to manage stock levels and ensure accurate ordering.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all beverages, including prices and promotions.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on all activities and promotions occurring at Casino Niagara.
- Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of bartending experience.
- Bartending certificate from a recognized institution and/or equivalent experience.
- Smart Serve certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
