About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Contract Administration
    • Prepare and negotiate contracts and contractual agreements
    • Manage and administer contracts, including changes and revisions
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Monitor project progress and performance
    • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
