Key Responsibilities

  2. Team Leadership: Bring a creative approach to inspire, support and lead the team, ensuring you have the best talent, training and tools for success.
  3. Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients through in-person meetings, industry events and community engagement.
  4. Business Growth: Effectively balance growth and customer satisfaction while achieving branch goals.
  5. Operations Development: Define and expand operations capacity to drive bottom line performance.

Requirements
  1. 5 years experience in leading and managing a team, experience in building materials, construction or distribution highly valued.
  2. Proven P&L accountability.
  3. Strong leadership and ability to inspire, coach and mentor a team.
  4. Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to drive business growth.
  5. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities and work within a diverse culture.
  6. Commitment to health & safety standards.
  7. Strong computer skills including MS Office, CRM, inventory management.
