Human Resources Advisor

As a Human Resources Advisor - Employee and Labour Relations, you'll play a key role in nurturing this culture, ensuring equitable practices, and upholding the highest standards of compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on legislation, collective agreements, and policies to employees and stakeholders
- Analyze employee grievances and concerns, finding resolutions that honour all parties involved
- Facilitate dialogue and understanding to resolve conflicts and find common ground
- Empower clients through training and sharing best practices
We're looking for a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in a unionized environment. Your toolkit should include a deep understanding of employment legislation and case law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts with grace and precision. A valid Class 5 Driver's License is also required.
