Job Title: Enterprise Risk and Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk and Assurance Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing our top risks by evaluating systems and related risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate systems and related risks and controls to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the implementation of our digital strategy to enhance the use of data analytics in engagements
  • Provide advisory and assurance services for digital and operational risks, including business continuity and resilience, process automation, and controls testing
  • Work with co-sourced subject matter experts on highly-technical or complex audit engagements

Requirements:

  • Professional designation in internal assurance (e.g., CIA, CISA) preferred
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations and migrations, e.g. large scale ERP or CRM systems
  • Understanding of how key risks and controls impact the business from an operational, strategic, reputational, financial, hazard and academic perspective
