Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to enhance our Asset Management and Reliability team. This role is pivotal in supporting operations and involves the meticulous development and upkeep of asset master data within our enterprise asset management system (S4 HANA).

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain asset master data, including functional locations, equipment objects, bills of material, material masters, and maintenance plans.
• Conduct field assessments to verify assets against technical documentation such as Electrical Single Line Diagrams, P&IDs, and vendor package documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of asset existence, operational conditions, and nameplate information.

Candidate Requirements:
• Diploma or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Technology.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial settings with a focus on master data management.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and SLDs, including the ability to markup drawings.
• Advanced skills in SAP S4H-PM (Plant Maintenance) and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
