About the Role

The Vice President, Sales is a key member of the Executive team at Stonewood Group Inc., responsible for driving continued predictable and profitable global sales growth. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in a channel-oriented, hardware-based technology business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Sales Strategy: Develop and implement optimized sales, business development, and distribution strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed profitability targets.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, build, and mentor a highly motivated sales team, including developing and managing their compensation, training, and incentive plans.
  • Account Management: Directly engage in growing existing accounts and projects, and further increasing the company's market footprint by qualifying and profitably converting new opportunities.
  • Business Intelligence: Collect, disseminate, and act upon business intelligence to support the company's product roadmap and program.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in a channel-oriented, hardware-based technology business, with at least 5 years of sales management experience.
  • Leadership: Successfully led a sales organization of over $40M/yr revenues with substantial US-based focus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the high-performance camera value chain, in industrial, scientific, and/or surveillance applications is a major asset.
