Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a managerial role within the insurance sector
- Allocate resources effectively, including material, personnel, and finances, to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Authorize and organize the creation of key departments and senior management roles.
- Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
- Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements, or delegate such responsibilities.
- Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions and delegation of authority.
- Establish financial and administrative oversight, formulate promotional strategies, and approve comprehensive human resources planning.
- Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting
