Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at SANGAM BANQUET & EVENT CENTRE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest experience.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Guest Departures: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with precision and attention to detail.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and work in a dynamic environment with a team of professionals.
