Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Solutions Specialist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Commercial Financial Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively provide advice and enable clients to leverage RBC's cash management solutions, taking responsibility for clients' onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions.
  • Develop and deliver on business priorities and improve the client experience through execution of sales plans to acquire new clients and recommend appropriate treasury services to existing clients.
  • Provide focused financial advice and solutions to meet the clients' business and financial goals, while partnering with the SCM and MM CRT and other colleagues across RBC Financial Group to drive client loyalty and build long-term profitable client relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience supporting large clients within the payment space.
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, specifically within a cash management and treasury solutions role.
  • Strong client focus, highly organized, and the ability to incorporate sales disciplines into day-to-day activities and routines.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills while building partnerships with stakeholders and fostering teamwork.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; notably the ability to illustrate with words the impact of the recommended solutions on the client's business operations and relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a business development mindset to grow and develop business opportunities.
