Job Summary:
Condor Security is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Condominium Security Guard in Markham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, ensuring the safety and security of our properties, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hotel-style front desk concierge customer service and administrative tasks
- Build and maintain a professional reputation through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Ensure property rules and regulations are followed and maintained
- Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
- Excellent customer service skills and proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service
- Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage
- Other industry-recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
