About the Role

Sauce Recruitment Corp. is seeking an expert advisor to join our team as a Commercial Account Manager. As a key member of our insurance industry recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the producer on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals
  • Responsible for delegating, developing, and coaching the Account Assistant's work to ensure timelines are being met and to review accuracy of documentation
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their business needs are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain business relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in commercial lines
  • A Level 2 General insurance license is required
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a teachable personality and open mind
