About the Role
Sauce Recruitment Corp. is seeking an expert advisor to join our team as a Commercial Account Manager. As a key member of our insurance industry recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the producer on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals
- Responsible for delegating, developing, and coaching the Account Assistant's work to ensure timelines are being met and to review accuracy of documentation
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their business needs are met
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain business relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial lines
- A Level 2 General insurance license is required
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a teachable personality and open mind
