Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Glenwood Seniors Community in Agassiz. As a floating LPN, you will provide high-quality care to our residents in both Long Term Care and Assisted Living settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents as needed
- Monitor and document resident health status and care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Support emergency staff scheduling and infection control practices
- Assess and address resident health needs
Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program or equivalent experience
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
- Maintain Occupational First Aide Level 1 status
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Effective communication skills in English
