Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Glenwood Care Center / Agassiz Seniors Community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care to residents, including observing, monitoring, and documenting their physical and psychological conditions.
- Assist with personal care as required and support emergency staff scheduling.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices and assess resident health status.
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
- Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Effective communication skills in English.
