Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Sunrise Farms is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and BRC systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and train QA and production team members to ensure they understand and follow quality and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and safety issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain quality control records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role in a food processing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Physical and mental fitness to work in a cold and wet environment.
