About the Role

M & P Plumbing & Heating Ltd is seeking a skilled Plumbing System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Site Preparation: Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Pipe Fitting and Joining: Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, and join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges, and ensure that all plumbing systems meet our high standards.
  • Project Management: Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan accordingly to meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
