Your Role as a Residential Property Coordinator:

Resident Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for residents, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Leasing Expert:
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiries to the onboarding of new residents. Actively track vacancies and strive to meet leasing goals.

Operational Leader:
Oversee administrative tasks, manage payments, conduct property inspections, and facilitate resident transitions.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and meet performance objectives.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for certain locations.
