Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will manage the effective receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently and timely.

  • Oversee warehouse functions, including space optimization, inventory management, and shipping and receiving protocols;
  • Lead and mentor warehouse personnel to foster a collaborative, organized, and productive environment;
  • Coordinate the picking of customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries through various shipping partners;
  • Maintain a highly organized warehouse and yard layout;
  • Keep precise and systematic warehouse documentation;
  • Unload trucks, inspecting for any missing or damaged items;
  • Receive and validate incoming shipments, placing goods into inventory;
  • Organize and arrange stock systematically, making adjustments as necessary;
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification;
  • Product knowledge is advantageous.
