Canna Cabana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering a distinctive shopping experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and inspire team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead by example and work collaboratively with team members to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize customer and team member feedback to implement changes and improve the customer experience.
- Track sales and customer feedback to ensure optimal performance and make data-driven decisions.
- 4-5+ years of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- CannSell license from AGCO.
- Clean Criminal Background check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing in a Unionized environment.
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to retail Cannabis.
