Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interactions with customers and staff. The role will require the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
