Position Title: Head of Internship Programs

Organization: Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare

  • Oversee and drive the development and execution of internship initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage and inspire a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Possess comprehensive understanding of mental health challenges and available support mechanisms.
  • Exhibit exceptional skills in clinical consultation within community mental health frameworks.
  • Experience in financial oversight and budgetary management.
  • Knowledgeable about both community and healthcare systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field, or Registered Nurse B.Sc.
  • A minimum of 8 years in a leadership role within mental health services.
  • Preferred certification in management or leadership.

Additional Competencies: Proficiency in French is considered advantageous.
