About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to customers, offering fashion advice and product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
  • Merchandise Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label items with security tags within efficiency timelines.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags, following register best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
  • Health and Safety: Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers at all times.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping people find their style.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items.
