Job Title: Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Analyst
Job Summary: Mewar Info Tech Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business teams and developers, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, other business analysts, and developers to understand and translate business requirements and use cases into Salesforce Service Cloud functional requirements.
- Customization and Implementation: Lead customization assessments to determine the best implementation methods for Salesforce Service Cloud, providing hands-on support for demos and assessments when needed.
- Technical Leadership: Document technical requirements, architecture, and design of Salesforce solutions. Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and SFDC Coding Standards, and mentor the team in technical solutioning.
- Solution Delivery: Implement, integrate, and maintain CRM solutions, including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and thorough delivery of solutions.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities, ensuring effective communication between technology development teams and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Conduct feasibility analysis of available solution approaches and strategize deployment activities between sandboxes and production environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflow, process builder, approval processes, and security implementation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce OOB functionality, Flow Builder, and experience in application customization and development, including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex (classes and triggers).
- Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, SOAP, and REST API.
- Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, Data-Loader, ANT, Workbench, GIT, and Bit-Bucket Version Control.
- Console Setup: Expertise in setting up and customizing Service Cloud console, developing custom console components, and integrating with the console. Experience with Live Agent, Omni-Channel Routing, Email-to-Case, and Web-to-Case is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
