Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Whistler 99 Courier and Freightways Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Train or arrange for training of delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles and equipment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:

Work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization and flexibility.

Personal Suitability:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Industry Experience:
  • Trucking industry experience preferred.
Security and Safety:
  • Bondable.
