About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at D ALLIANCE MOTORS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including scheduling, route planning, and dispatching.
  • Prepare and Analyze reports on driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and logistics operations.
  • Train and Develop our truck drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities such as vehicle maintenance, repairs, and rentals.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
