Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Welding Technician to join our team at CO-UP AUTO BODY REPAIR. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, ensuring high-quality results in all projects.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and apply welding process specifications accurately.
  • Read and analyze welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds to confirm compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment efficiently.
  • Utilize brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal components as required.
  • Assess the weldability of various materials.
  • Operate set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
