Senior Technical Staff Engineer-Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Staff Engineer-Product Marketing to join our team at Microchip Technology. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based strategies to support Tier 1 data center client engagements.
Responsibilities:- Develop key deliverables such as RFQ responses, pricing strategies, market and competitive analysis, and compelling product collateral.
- Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand customer needs and technical direction.
- Present a compelling product value proposition to existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in EE or equivalent technical experience.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent business education/experience preferred.
- 12.5+ years of semiconductor product marketing experience.
- Storage solutions marketing experience.
- Experience with storage & SOC technologies including SAS, SATA, PCIe, NVMe, RAID, memory technologies, device drivers, embedded firmware.
- Experience working with data center and/or server/storage customers.
- Familiarity with data center architectures and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong external customer and partnership relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence internal/external customers and key decision makers on our technology and strategy.
We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. The annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $226,000.*
*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills, and experience.
