CB Canada is seeking a dedicated Information Security Analyst to enhance our cybersecurity efforts.

Role Overview

  • Support incident management and serve as the primary contact for Cybersecurity Operations.
  • Report to the Global Head of Threat Monitoring and Response, collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business leaders across the globe.
  • Gather and contextualize investigative data relevant to business operations.
  • Guide the team in implementing best practices for incident management.
  • Create and present training materials tailored to cybersecurity reporting.
  • Assess and propose enhancements to improve efficiency in cybersecurity operations.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture to strengthen client relationships and utilize broader organizational resources.
  • Foster a high-performance atmosphere while contributing to an inclusive workplace.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
  • At least 1 year of experience in incident management, particularly with large-scale operations across multiple business units.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Proficient in tracking project deliverables and timelines while managing competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex subjects and new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities for resolving intricate issues.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Skilled in thorough note-taking and organizational practices to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset due to the organization's global reach.
  • Possession of CISM and/or CISSP certifications.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Background in project management or delivery, ideally within the financial services sector.
