Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 3 Air Brake Driver to join our team in a permanent position. As a Class 3 Air Brake Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products safely and professionally to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products safely and professionally: Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Load and deliver propane or fuel: Load and deliver propane or fuel to our clients while following all safety protocols and company standards.
  • Electronic and daily trip logs: Maintain up-to-date electronic and daily trip logs, and submit them daily as required.
  • TDG, WHIMIS, and company training: Maintain a current understanding of TDG, WHIMIS, and company required training, and adhere to all regulations and standards.
  • Teamwork and goal achievement: Work collaboratively with the Operations team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Class 3 Air Brake License: Possess a valid Class 3 Air Brake License with an abstract acceptable to the employer.
  • Commercial Driving Experience: Have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to federal and provincial regulations, including log book recording and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs and perform basic vehicle repairs.
