About the Role

The Ottawa Catholic School Board is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Caretaker Assistant to join our team. As a Caretaker Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Conduct routine security and safety checks to ensure the well-being of our community
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery

Requirements
