Job Title: Security Guard - Ferries

Are you looking for a unique work environment that offers breathtaking views and a sense of adventure? As a Security Guard with Securiguard Services Limited, you'll have the opportunity to work on our ferries, ensuring the safety and security of our passengers and crew.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct security patrols and inspections of the terminal and onboard vessels
  • Engage with passengers and provide assistance and direction as needed
  • Perform unlock/lock-up checks and related security procedures
  • Manage communication channels, including radio and incident escalations
  • Identify and report safety hazards to ensure a secure environment for all
Requirements:
  • BC Security License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable with radio communication and ability to write reports
  • Physically capable of standing and walking for a duration of 8 hours
