Position Overview:
Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is at the forefront of high-performance analog semiconductor innovation, driving advancements in wireless networking technology. We are seeking a talented RF Circuit Layout Specialist to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement layouts for RF and mixed-signal integrated circuit components based on schematics, diagrams, or netlists, utilizing standard bulk CMOS and SOI technologies in compliance with design rules.
- Oversee the physical design process from schematic through to physical verification and tape-out, ensuring timely completion with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate directly with IC design engineers to enhance layouts for optimal size and performance.
- Establish and achieve project objectives and milestones effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in CAD or a related technical field.
- Proficient in CAD tools, particularly Cadence Virtuoso 6, with a solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Strong background in Custom Analog, RF, and Digital layout skills, capable of working at the cell, block, and chip levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of device matching issues and effective analog/RF layout techniques.

Compensation and Benefits:
The typical base pay range for this role is currently CAD $97,300 - $165,900 per year. Starting base pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, training, education, business needs, market demands, and specific job duties.
