Position: Lead Installer

Reports To: Installation Field Manager

Department: Home Services Operations

Job Overview: Execute all HVAC, water heater, and related equipment installations in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Complete installations efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
  • Receive and manage installation orders from supervisors.
  • Coordinate with customers for pre-installation assessments as needed.
  • Keep the installation vehicle organized and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Promote Accoravillage products and services effectively.
  • Advise customers on equipment repair or replacement options.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Gas Fitter 2 or Gas Fitter 1 license.
  • Valid 313D AC license.
  • CFC Permit (ozone depletion) required.
  • Clean driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in HVAC installation.
  • Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required.
  • Proficient in operating necessary installation tools and equipment.
  • Demonstrated mechanical skills and aptitude.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-driven with a focus on team performance.
  • Preferred additional licenses in plumbing, electrical work, or sheet metal.
