IT Support Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Consultant to join our team at Vision33. As a key member of our team, you will provide remote day-to-day IT support for a large and diverse client base, with the potential for client site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for clients' internal systems, networks, and applications
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Manage remote monitoring and alerting systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 products and services
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience with SMB IT Network Infrastructure, including domain admin and security requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
