NORTHBRIDGE SALES AND ASSOCIATION ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the National Association Manager, playing a vital part in driving team success and fulfilling strategic objectives. Your contributions will also extend to sales initiatives and corporate growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and analytical reports for senior management.
- Organize and facilitate meetings for the team to ensure effective communication.
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations and reporting.
- Oversee the management of association records and financial reconciliations.
- Perform monthly assessments for new business opportunities within associations.
- Work in conjunction with the Corporate Social Responsibility manager on financial matters.
- Implement association contracts and sponsorship agreements.
- Coordinate promotional and advertising strategies in partnership with associations.
- Act as a representative for Northbridge at association functions.
- Lead significant sales events, including Sales Kick and Presidents Council gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a comparable position.
- Familiarity with a sales-driven environment is advantageous.
